Our Online Return Policy?

We happily exchange full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 10 days of you receiving your goods. Any returned items for an exchange or refund must be unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Sales are final on sale merchandise and markdowns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. SALVORPROJECTS is not responsible for costs of return shipping or customs duties. Sales are FINAL 10 days after purchase. Any return must have prior agreements before SALVORPROJECTS will accept them. Please contact us before sending any merchandise back.

Shipping?

Orders are processed within two business days.  Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. All shipments within the U.S. are sent by USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise instructed. New York state residents will be charged NY State Sales Tax (8.875%). International orders will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International. Shipment time is approximately 10-14 days from the ship date. International orders will have customs duties and fees that are out of the hands of SALVORPROJECTS.

Store Return Policy?

Merchandise in saleable condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or receive store credit within 10 days of purchase when the original sales receipt is available. Credit is given for the current selling price. No refunds.  Sales are final on sale merchandise, markdowns and underwear. We hold the right to deny exchanges or store credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
